Mentor Fall Ball League

All Coaches meetings will take place in the white pavilion at Garfield Park in Mentor, Ohio. Please have at least one team representative present.

Mentor Baseball will be hosting its second fall baseball season with an updated format that consists of two divisions - Travel baseball programs and rec teams. We learned a lot from our first season and want to make the experience more enjoyable for all ages and talent levels.

Registration Fee

$400 per team (Includes 1 box of baseballs and team insurance)

-practice field availability for all registered teams.

Additional Costs/Fees

• Ump fees - Split 50/50 and paid before the start of each game
• Single Umpire (8u-12u) - $80/game
• Two Umpires (13/14u) - $70/umpire ($140/game)
• Teams are responsible for their own uniforms.

• Practice times will be available during the week at Garfield Park
• Individual registration - If you are interested in playing and/or coaching and do not have a team yet please complete the "Individual Registration" form. This does not guarantee placement on a team but will identify those who are available to fill rosters. As teams are formed additional fees will be applied to the individual to cover the team's costs and fees mentioned above.
